Your rank is not feasible for getting admission into College under IPU,delhi.Ipu is Semi-government College and all the law Colleges under IPU are good one and for getting admission into this your rank should be around 1 to 2 k for general and 2 to 3 k for obc and upto 5 k for SC/ST.with this rank which you have mentioned you will not get admission into IPU University.Ipu accepts very good CLAT score above 100 marks for admission into their colleges.
