As you are belonging to be category there is about 23% of total state quota reservation.and state quota of tamil nadu last rank about 14k and for government college MBBS, last year Community Rank cut off for Backward Class Reservation category was 1364 . The total number of BC Government College MBBS Seats during last year was 711. It took nearly 1364 community rank to fill 711 seats.. almost double the number of seats.
To get into any medical college across India including kerala you need to qualify neet exam.
