I am preparing for 3 year llb (mh-cet)...what if i got atkt in one subject of ty bcom...will it affect on entrance exam(mh-cet)???
Hello Gauri, atkt in your third year might create some problems for you according to the information brochure provided by the official website.
According to its eligibility criteria for MH- CET law 2019:
• You must have passed or must be appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., UG or PG course ( regular examination of that academic year) only then you will be eligible. And for that matter you need to submit a provisional/degree certificate, or mark lists of all the qualifying examination at the time of CAP application filling.
• Also you should have done your under graduation from any University in Maharashtra, or any equivalent National or Foreign University recognised by a competent authority. And you must have secured 45% aggregate marks, if you are from unreserved category, or 40% aggregate marks if you are from the reserved category.
• Aggregate marks here means the grand total that you have received in your degree course on the basis of which the board/University provided the certificate.
• If you get your marks in grades or CGPA then you must convert it to percentage, according to the procedure mentioned by the respective board/University.
• You should have completed your 10+2+3 in sequence, i.e., if you have done your +2 after graduation then you will not be eligible to give this entrance examination. Your 12th class should be completed before graduation.
