Hello Gauri, atkt in your third year might create some problems for you according to the information brochure provided by the official website.
According to its eligibility criteria for MH- CET law 2019:
• You must have passed or must be appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., UG or PG course ( regular examination of that academic year) only then you will be eligible. And for that matter you need to submit a provisional/degree certificate, or mark lists of all the qualifying examination at the time of CAP application filling.
• Also you should have done your under graduation from any University in Maharashtra, or any equivalent National or Foreign University recognised by a competent authority. And you must have secured 45% aggregate marks, if you are from unreserved category, or 40% aggregate marks if you are from the reserved category.
• Aggregate marks here means the grand total that you have received in your degree course on the basis of which the board/University provided the certificate.
• If you get your marks in grades or CGPA then you must convert it to percentage, according to the procedure mentioned by the respective board/University.
• You should have completed your 10+2+3 in sequence, i.e., if you have done your +2 after graduation then you will not be eligible to give this entrance examination. Your 12th class should be completed before graduation.

If you want to get a full fledged knowledge about eligibility criteria, different candidature, and some other necessary points about the examination, visit this link:
http://cetcell.mahacet.org/MAH-LL.B(3-Years)-CET-2019/

From here download the information brochure, and go to the topic eligibility criteria and read it carefully.
Since any wrong information given, will have negative effects on your candidature. As all the information will be verified during the admission process.

Also, you should know that the last date to fill the application forms for MH- CET law 2019 has been extended to March 25, 2019.

All the best!
I hope this helps.

You must have passed your graduation, and should hold a degree certificate or a provisional certificate as a proof. That you can do only after clearing in all your subjects, then you can apply. And if you have got more than 45% it's great, that's the minimum percentage.
