H, firstly you should think positively and stay confident.
The better you will prepare for the exam, the lesser you will have to worry in the examination. To start your preparation, you should know the detailed syllabus and pattern of the exam. As you have completed a class 12th syllabus and that is really good.
75 questions are asked in the exam with a time duration of 180 minutes which means you will get 2 minutes and 24 seconds to solve each question. Difficulty level of the exam increases every year so you should work on enhancing your speed as well as accuracy.
You should make a time table and devote time and focus on each subject. Strategize your preparation in a way to get the best percentile. Learning speed of every student is different so you should make a time table as per your abilities.

Refer good books. There are so many books and preparation material available but you should focus on studying from the quality content which helps you in concept clarity. Clearing of concepts is very important. If your concepts will be clear then you will be able to solve even the difficult questions asked in the exam easily.
Study from NCERTs for concept clarity and refer to other books also for in depth knowledge. Attempt mock tests, solve previous years' papers, practicing mock tests will help you a lot in increasing your speed as well as making you familiar with the exam pattern. Regular mock tests will also make you more confident.
Apart from this, you should meditate, take enough sleep, eat healthy food, exercise and give time to yourself also. You can perform good in the exam only if you are healthy and fit. You should stay positive and healthy, it will help you a lot.

First of all take a deep breathe and listen care fully.
You are not the first to give jee mains. Alot of students have done it already so must ask guidance from them. My recommendations are Aman Dhattarwal. He is an indian youtubera nd truly he is superb. I had followed him in my 11th and 12th.
For providing you a light intro. Make a note of the topics or chapters you are good at and a note of chapters that are imp for the mains. Firstly do the mutual one and then go for other chapters.
All you need is to be inspired and motivated along this journey.

First of all don't take stress , stay motivated towards your goal .
And the first of all you go through the chapters and weightage of marks as per chapter according to the exam . Then analyse your weaker point of particular subject and give more time to that subject . Lastly follow these steps -
Learn time mangement and give time to all the subjects equally but little more to your weaker subject .
Read the chpters of NCERT and then give it a quick revision making a short written summary of that chapter .
Try to solve previous year question paper to know the level of question and then go for solving mock test question paper .
Don't skip a day for solving numericals solve it daily .
Lastly take care of your health which is more prior for studying .
