I am preparing for jeemain july. I am unable to wakeup myself on mornings. I am studying late nights till nearly 11:40pm. Is it good or wakeup morning is better? Will it be alright on the exam day if I continue it? Please don't think it's a unnecessary question I am facing timetable problem with it?

Siri, first things first, no question or doubt is unnecessary. Infact, we are glad you spoke up because this will help many students out there to know the right way and give them strength. We have spoken about how to do well in JEE Mains and we also spoke about how to help you focus in mock tests. This time we shall focus on enhancing our mental ability. I am a Psychologist and I guess am qualified enough to help you here though it can be answered any one of my colleagues here. Brain Enhancement Training is usually a trick that is used for high performance. There are 3 steps to it.
1. You realise your strengths: Today instead of studying, write your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities where you can improve and Threats that are hurting your preparation. This is called SWOT analysis. This is important to know your strengths. Let's say if you waking up late night to study is your strength and not waking up early is your weakness, write them down accordingly.
2. Build a baseline: Now that you know what your strengths and weaknesses are, try to retain your strengths and work on your opportunities and threats to improve them. Try to sleep at regular times as you sleep if it is 11.30pm, so be it. But try to wake up atleast 10-15 minutes early every day. Yu might find it difficult in the beginning but slowly you will get adjusted because brain is an organ that takes some time to get comfortable.
3. Structure your timetable accordingly: Now once you are slowly getting into the schedule, do not start with studying right away. Watch may be educational videos for half an hour atleast to get into the groove of studying. And when in doubt, self talk works like a magic wand. Tell yourself that you can do it.
Or come up with your strengths and weaknesses, we shall help you with a Timetable.
