Hi priyanka, what one prepares and what one pursues can be different. I studied for NEET, but am now doing engineering. So yes, you can pursue event management if you want to. I don't recall seeing a course catering specifically to event management in either of the govenment universities in Delhi. So, it depends entirely on you, whether you want to pursue management courses before entering into the space. Best of luck.
