For NEET, everything from the NCERT is important. NEET does not follow a specific pattern for the questions, so it will be misguidance if I mention a few topics and leave the others. The topics which you find difficult are the ones you should focus on. Some of such topics are-

Animal Kingdom and Plant kingdom from Biology, since questions come from outside NCERT too.

Problems in physical chemistry and organic chemistry.

Rotational motion and waves in physics.
