Hey, I hope you are doing good , I will suggest you that you should choose that profession in which you have interest, as you are in b. Sc that is also a interested degree after bsc you can join prestigious college for MBA, as your interest is in this field, so you will be perform much better in this field, there are many colleges in India where you can take admission and they also provide you good placement having high salary package. As you are not interested in becoming Dr. That's ok... If you take admission in MBBS you have devote yourself for this field as any negligence will effect the people and directly your career too. After MBA you can explore many interested places as different conference and meetings are organised in different areas and there you also have a chance to interact with different personalities you gain different things from them, so good luck for your career , and after MBA as this is your interest area you can join PHD and title of Dr. Also used  with your name after completing your phd.

Its not that i failed in NEET thats why i am not interested. Infact i was not sure in 12th that what should I do after that. But since my father and peers said that mbbs is a good field i just started preparing. But I just took drop to really think that what i want to do really. But due to some social and family pressure i just entangled myself into this.

But now since its my 2nd year Bsc, if i start preparing for CAT then may be i would be successful, because its also extreme enterance so it will also take time. And i dont want to spare my one more year into NEET with a one more failure.

And in my boards i was a bright student but now with more failures my confidence is draining and so i want to switch to something in which i can do better with interest.

I just want from you a deep guidance about MBA.
Because I know nothing about business and MBA too. So would it be a good decision to switch to MBA?

What I know about me is that travelling, group activities , exploring things excites me much.

So, please help me get out of this dilemma!!

Hello there ,

Hope your doing well . As far as your question is concerned,I would suggest that you convince your father to let you pursue MBA if you are really so interested in the field . MBBS undoubtedly has a great and never ending scope . It's a noble profession. But your carrier is something that's going you stick to you your whole life . So it's very important to enjoy whatever you do . Falling prey to family pressures ,you shouldn't end up getting stressed at some later phase in your life . So it's important to decide wisely . Talk to your father ,tell him how interested you are in the field and also that you are going to give your 100 percent potential into it to make it succeed.I am sure he'll listen. Don't waste the precious years of your life running after something, you don't actually want to do . MBA is indeed a very interesting field . You can experiment and later begin your own startup . So it's better that you do what you like and make conscious decisions regarding it . Afterall it's a matter of your carrier and remember whatever you do ,you should put in your maximum efforts to amke it succeed . All the best !
