1) Is iisc good option for aerospace? If yes then on the basis of which exam admission in that college is possible

Yes, IISc is good for aerospace engineering.
You can take admission in this college through KVPY, NEET and IIT JEE
To take admission in IIST you have to appear for JEE Advanced exam.
To be eligible for JEE Advanced you have to qualify for JEE Main exam first.
