Hi aspirant, For student exchange program in BIT mesra you should the average CGPA of 9.5 and above and s uccessfully completed 2nd year, are eligible for direct admission in 3rd year of M-Engg. . If you are research student then after they will send you to foreign. For doing MS in abroad you have to qualify GRE exam ,TOEFL and IELTS.

My friend every college has one or other kind of foreign exchange associated with them.
And further if you want to change your branch then you have to find the college of your interest and place where you want to go.
Also colleges give lateral entry bt it is very tough to get admissions like this as under lateral entry you have to give exams related to it and then you'll be evaluated based on those exams and your first year progress together.

Check the foreign universities website and get jn touch with them, you'll be able to find the right way for your career.

Either you can send mails to universities and ask them if they agree, which have less probability. Or you can give GRE entrance exam which is for MS and is especially for further study in foreign countries.
