Hi Priyanka,
Seeing your percentile I believe that you need to make a trade off between a good branch of your interest and a good college. Though CSE/IT are the most preferred branches by most of the students it is slightly difficult for you to get the branch in top colleges or the colleges of your interest. Your rank at 71st percentile should be near 85000.

In my opinion you should prefer branch over college because in the end you would want a job which matches with your field of interest. Have a close check on the placement reports of the different colleges you aim to get into.
Additionally I would like you to give some more entrance exams other than JEE to get some better option. WORK HARD!
I HOPE THIS HELPS!
your rank this year will be around 2.6lakh
From my side ,you should apply for comedk college
Many other private colleges.
And you should also prepare for wbjee
Or Take 1 year drop
It is very difficult to get admission with this mark,
Sorry, but try to apply in private colleges, don't loose hope.
You'll surely get.
For private college like..
Thapar institute of engineering and technology
Sastra deemed to be university
Private SRM institute of science and technology chennai
Good luck
