As per notification of NIMCET-2018, if you are appearing in the last year of qualfying examination then you are eligible for NIMCET, but you will have to furnish the proof that your degree will be complete till the month of september. you can use declaration letter from the head of institution with signature as a proof. you will have to submit the proof of your eligibility at the time of counselling/admission.

You require a head of institution sign with declaration of that your degree is going to be end till 15 september 2019 than only you will be eligible for NIMCET 2019 as per information bulltin NIMCET 2018.To know specifically you should email your doubt with NIMCET via mail or call NIMCET :
