The eligibility criteria for pursuing MBA after graduation is definied by the authorities which conduct CAT as an entrance for MBA. The criteria is as follows:
- Candidate who is in final year of graduation, he/she would be eligible to apply for CAT as an entrance to MBA.
- Candidates who have completed their graduation and are waiting for the results to be announced for their graduation they will also be eligible to apply for entrance to MBA.
- Candidates belonging to general category must score at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA to appear in CAT or any other entrance for MBA . They must have completed graduation as per the section 3 of UGC Act 1956.
- Those candidates will also be eligible to appear for CAT or any MBA entrance who possess equivalent qualification that has been accorded recognition by Ministry of Human resource development.
- Candidates who belong to SC/ST ,other unreserved category, persons with disabilities must score at least 45% marks in their graduation to be eligible for entrance for MBA.
If you are fulfilling the above mentioned criteria,then you are eligible to sit for entrance to MBA.
