The eligibility criteria of NIMCET 2022 requires that Indian candidates have to qualify B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects (candidates from open universities are also eligible or B.E./ B.Tech. from a recognized University. For general students, minimum marks is 60 per cent or 6.5 CGPA and for ST and SC, it is 55 per cent or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale. The passing year must not later than September 2022.
Candidates in the last year of their Bachelor’s programme are also eligible to apply for NIMCET 2022. However, such candidates must provide their proof of passing before the specified last date.

Unfortunately, with a BCom degree you are not eligible for NIMCET ( National Institute of Technology Masters of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test ) conducted by NIT Raipur .
This is because the basic eligibilty criteria states that you need to have a graduation degree in BCA/IT/BIT/Technology/Science or Engineering with atleast 60% marks .

Eligibility for NIMCET is following:
Candidates should be graduate with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA in CA/IT/ science or Engineering.
Candidates passing year should not be late than September 2022.
Candidates in their last year of bachelor's program are also eligibile to apply for NIMCET.
But according to information provided by you. You are student of b.com honors so you can not appear for NIMCET exam.
