I am pursuing bsc (IT)last year from dehradun uk. in 12th i dont had mathematics. should i am eligible for TSICet exam?

Yes you are eligible for the TS ICET Exam.
The eligibility criteria are as follows:-
# you must be Indian
# graduation from a recognised board with minimum 3 years duration.
# minimum 50% marks in qualifying exams
# candidates appearing for the final year graduation exams are also eligible to apply for TS ICET Exam 2019.
# there is no age limit
