I will suggest you to opt for B.Com from Bhagat singh evening college. I have seen many students of Delhi university who manages both the tasks at the same time, they prepare for their CA exams along with doing B.com.
The value of B. Com from Bhagat singh college is much more than that from DU SOL.

If you are taking coachings for CA preparations and do not have time to attend college regularly, then you can go with DU SOL as it would save you a lot of time and you can focus on your CA preparations rather than day to day college activities. However, with Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, you will gain good learning experience and college life, so you should decide wisely.
