You should make your profile on career websjtes like Internshala, Letsintern, Freshersworld, Youth4work, etc where ample of Internship opportunities posted.
It is advisable to take up roles in Consulting domain and premium roles like Product and Brand management, Business intelligence, Machine Learning, which are in high demand and shall help you jn receiving PPOs if done from large reputed organization.
Meanwhile, You can take up one volunteering experience as well with Akanksha foundation, Teach for India, etc to boost your leadership skills and portray a great brand.

For internship in summers you can look for various online sites like internshala, Twenty19, youth4work. In this site you can fill up all your details, upload your resume and select the type of internship you want in which time period and in which city you will prefer to do internship.
Then on this site it will show you all the results related to your choice. From there you can select the companies where internship is available and apply there with all your details and a cover letter which will be further studied by the HR of that company and if they found you suitable for this internship then mostly there is a telephonic interview followed by Skype interview or personal interview depending on both of your location. Everything goes perfect then you can get your internship.
It is a long process and generally takes 1-2 months to complete so if you want to do internship in December then you need to apply quickly for it.
