I am pursuing mba, i want to choose HR as major specialisation, what should i choose as my minor subject which will help me with the HR ?

You can select among IT, Operations Management, Finance, International Business. If there is a Minor available in Organisational Psychology or Corporate Psychology, even that is a nice option. These Minors actually also help you during Internal Job promotions are lateral movement to other departments within your organisation. These actually complement HR. Even Project Management is a nice specialisation.
