I am pursuing M.Tech in Nanotechnology and my b.tech branch is Electronics and Communication engineering. If I want to write gate2021,then which branch should I consider as my gate subject?

Hello taruni!!

You can do either of these two courses since you have done two different courses in different fields you can choose the course which you like the most of your gate exams. Try to choose electronics and communication since it is most preferred courses for gate and has good scope.
