Hello Aspirant,
There are many universities offer lateral entry programme, You can prefer the universities given below.
Manipal University
Thapar University
Chandigarh University Etc.
The University has its own entrance test for the admission to programme.
If you wish to get admission in B.tech first year in IITs then You can apply for JEE Main after qualifying the exam you can apply for JEE Advanced to get admission in B.tech first year in IITs.
