I would like to say there is no such criteria for Joining but as per your concern after graduation in Hindi you can join MBA or Carrier in banking sector but before joining any of these you must known about your strength and weakness in which field you make good carrier, its totally depend upon you but if you wants to join Banking career there are lots of option such as you can prepare for bank po examination,IBPS PO,SBI PO .

But after MBA lots of carer will open ,so my suggest go for MBA, because in MBA also some banking courses offered, if you enter in banking sector then after MBA you will join,so better option is MBA.

Hi Chandrima, as you have graduated in Hindi and you want a career in Bank or MBA. You can go for bank actually it would be better because for this you need knowledge in English ,Hindi ,maths  and general science to clear bank exam and in mba you can pursue any private college but during your studies you need some knowledge related to commerce background so if you have commerce in 12th so it's great otherwise it would be difficult but nothing is impossible so good luck for your future.
