Hey.
No, You cannot get admission in Delhi University for an Integrated 5 year course.
Reason being that Delhi University does not offer any 5 year integrated law course like Bcom LLB or BA LLB. There are 2 types of Law courses in India- 3 year LLB course and 5 year integrated law course. 3 year law courses are for those who have completed their Undergraduation. So after completion of any 3 years of Undergraduate course, you can do LLB which will be for 3 years. Hence It would take 6 years if you start witha separate UG degree. And in 5 year law course are for those who are seeking to puruse law after class 12th. It combines an Undergraduate degree with law, for example- BA LLb, BCOM LLb, BBA LLb etc. It takes 5 years after 12th class.
Delhi University only offers a 3 year LLB course which you cannot pursue unless you have completed any Undergraduation. But there are various other law colleges that provide 5 year law courses.
Some of the colleges providing integrated courses of Law like BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCOm LLB and their respective entrance examinations are-
CLAT- This entrance test is for admission in All National Law Universities which are among the top law schools in the country. Different NLUs provide different course like BCOM LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB etc.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA- To be eligible to take admission through CLAT you need to pass Class 12th with a minimum aggregate of atleast 45% marks. Hence you seem to be eligible.
AILET- For admission in National Law University Delhi. NLU Delhi is the only NLU that offers admission through a separate entrance test.
SLAT- For admission in Symbiosis Law School, Pune and other campuses.
LSAT- All Private Law colleges in India like Jindal Global Law School, UPES etc
IPU CET( now admission through CLAT)- For admission in various colleges under IP University, Delhi
PU BA/BCOM LLb- For admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh and its regional centres.
MHCET- GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, and other law colleges in Maharashtra.
Christ University
TS LAWCET For admission in law colleges of Tamil Nadu.
Best of luck.
