i am rajasthan and scored 569 marks in neet and rank 16675 can i get admission in ipu , and inform about ipu

As you are from Rajasthan hence you will be considered in All India qouta.
With a score of 569 and AIR of 16,675 you won't be able to get into any of the colleges that comes under Indraprasth university, if you belong to ur, obc or st.
Also the admission in VMMC and Safdarjung hospital from this year will be done through mcc and not IPU CET counseling.
The cutoff ranks last year was
- UR- 936 AIR- NDMC Medical college
- OBC- 1936 AIR- BSA Medical college
- SC- 18654 AIR- BSA Medical college
- ST- 16531AIR- BSA Medical college

Based on the cutoff of IPU you might not get a seat in IPU.Actually for students of outer state are relatively high as compared to home state cutoff.For more details kindly visit the link provided below:

The cutt off for ipu has not been released yet. Ipu generally releases it's cutt off after the counselling is over most probably in the 2nd week of August. Well now based on previous year 2018 cutt off, for general category, for bds, the cutt off went 550+ so now considering your marks, a slight deviation is possible these years so approximately you could get admission in ipu. Although keep up a backup option and wait for this year cutt offs.
