Hello
As a Rajasthan domicile student , if you want to take admission in a private MBBS college in Karnataka , you do not need to fill out the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) form.
Private medical colleges in Karnataka admit students based on NEET scores.
For MBBS admission , you need to:
1. Appear for NEET 2025: Ensure you have a valid NEET score.
2. Apply directly to the private college: Each private college has its own admission process, and you can apply to them based on your NEET score.
3. Check the eligibility criteria : Ensure you meet the specific eligibility requirements for each college, as some may have additional requirements or state-specific reservations.
KCET is only for admissions to government and certain private colleges in Karnataka for undergraduate courses but it’s not required for MBBS admission.
ALL THE BEST
Hello,
You do not need to fill KCET forms as a Rajasthan domicile student for admission to private MBBS colleges in Karnataka. Here are key points:
- KCET Eligibility : KCET is primarily for Karnataka domicile students.
- Private MBBS Admissions : For private colleges, admissions are usually based on NEET scores.
- All India Quota (AIQ) : Private colleges in Karnataka accept students through the AIQ counseling conducted by MCC.
- State-Specific Quotas : Check if the private college has specific rules for non-Karnataka students.
- Next Steps : Focus on NEET and participate in MCC counseling for private MBBS seats.
Hope it helps !
