I hope you have studied your 10+2 level with science stream. There are many options other than engineering. If you had biology, you can try medical.
Here are some options for you :
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc in any subject like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, IT, Biotechnology, Geography, Statistics, etc)
Nursing
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Interior Designing courses
Animation, graphic design courses
Media Science
These are some of the courses which you can apply for. You have many other options. Try finding out which subject interests you the most, that will help you better.

With being in science stream and if you don't want engineering field, some other options that you can have are -
- Getting into MEDICAL stream which includes MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS BPT BVSC, etc degrees available
- BSC in various mathematical subjects like Computer science, statistics, maths, information technology, etc.
- BSC in various medical subjects like biotechnology, microbiology, nursing, etc.
- BA LLB
- Hotel management
- Designing courses
- Fashion designing
- Media or Journalism
- Film television courses
- BArch
