I think there is a confusion how were you allowed to give the exam in the first place if your Application form had discrepencies like that. Also there was a window for making corrections in the application form back in April. Now it is the time of Counselling how come you are taking notice of it now. Please let me know if you are talking about any other mistake, like in counselling procedure.
