I am recently studying in 12 and I want to give my neet exam in 2021 itself so what about the form fo we have to fill online today or when I clear 12

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't give entrance just now you can certainly give NEET exam in 2022 batch just now NEET exam is delayed and only 2021 batch or passing students or students who have passed before can certainly give NEET exam. You should certainly focus on NEET 2022.
