First if all, you need to understand that how many hours you study doesn't matter. Its not the quantity but its the quality that matters. You might be studying 18 hours but if you are not getting any output, that's of no use. Now, regarding physics and chemistry, you need to build your concepts. You cannot just learn formulae and solve questions. You must have all your concepts cleared before solving any question bank. Try to revise as much as possible. Try to gain an in-depth knowledge of all the topics and chapters. Then, keep on solving numericals. Consistency is the key.
Hope this helps
All the best :)
Hello aspirant,
You are following a great timetable but you need to focus much on quality of studying and not the quantity or more hours of study. Study for 1hr with full concentration and conceptual clearance and then solve the number of similar topic with a 10min gap for your hobby and to get some freshness In mind. Then you can able to solve numerical properly. Try solving previous year question related to your topic, then switch for solving whole chapter when you feel confident in the chapter, keep in mind to read the chemistry chapters throughly from NCERT books only.
Don't stress much, don't get demotivate . Give yourself sometime and get a fresh head while studying. You can definitely clear neet 2023, believe in yourself and focus on studying rather than negative things.
