I am Rohit Studying B.Tech Biotechnology at a 3rd tier college There is no Placements absolute 0% . My financial condition is very poor.I came to this college thinking of there would be some placements but unfortunately not.No return of investment. Should I leave the course ? Please answer Honestly

No there it's no need to leave the course in middle. It doesn't matter that the college has 0 placenta per not. What does matter that you should think about this matter before. See mistakes hai items usually but you should understand that your can not leave the course in middle since it will create there hurdle in getting a job.
See if you will go to company for getting a job then they will firstly ask for your degree.
So it is just to good one degree for safe side.
What you need to do is to work hard and improve your skill set donot depends upon college for providing your a job.
Work on your own hard enough to get a decent job. This way you will both improve your skill set and get a decent job.
To improve your financial condition try for freelancing as it might help you in getting some money.
