I am SC candidate for me how many mark are required to get government seat in MBBS

see the cutoff very every year and depending on the state in which you are taking admission or whether you are willing 85% state quota or 15% all India quota the cutoff maybe as low as 430 to 460 marks if you are availing 85% state quota seats institutes like West Bengal as it may be as high as 550 marks if you are applying using state quota in states like Delhi and even higher by a range of 20 to 30 marks if you are applying via the all India quota

so it is always better to try to score in excess of 450 and if possible in excess of 500 even if you're availing the SC reserved quota for the purpose of securing admission to a good government medical college in your neet exam

Yes..but if you are applying via 15% all india quota then it will be 430-460
If you are applying via state quota then yes it can go to 390 to 420 range as he said
but it is always better to think and have more options than him for the bare minimum and rate scoring less than that
