NEET UG is considered the most difficult entrance exams in India and it is very difficult to secure a seat for oneself as the applicants are in huge numbers while seats are very less. So to secure your seat in a government college you will have to be in the toppers. For general category atleast 560-600 marks have to be in your favour and for SC category you will have to score atleast 450-500 marks to be on a safe side. You can check the previous year cutoffs for better understanding
