If you are talking about All India Quota, then unfortunately this time chances are very less that you will get government college for MBBS

You can try for state counselling, there is a great chance that you will get a seat by the end of second round in your state

According to the the previous year cutoffs with this marks you have some  chances to get a  All India seat , although you can also try for your home  state level neet counselling , where 85 percent seats are for state students , and 15 percent seats are filled through all india counselling , you can try for the state level counselling of your state , where you might have good chances to get a good government or semi-government college .
