Yes you will be able to give the jee mains.but after that at the time of reporting and document verification it will be a huge problem.because jee mains has though abolished the weightage of class 12th marks but it will be there at the time of document verification.

This year JEE MAINS and ADVANCE are already over.

You can try JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCE next year.

Any student in India with PCM in class 12th can appear for IIT JEE exams irrespective of his percentage. If qualified in JEE MAINS, he can give JEE Advanced.

But this year exams are already held and you have to wait for the exams in 2019.
