You need to mention your domicile state. In some states like West Bengal the cutoff for SC category is low (around 280 if one sticks to the last rounds of counselling) whereas in some states it really high as in Rajasthan.

From a broader point of view, with 310 in NEET and SC quota reservation it is highly possible that you can get a government medical college (the fees not being more than 10,000 (however it varies depending on the college you get).
