Many private colleges are there under WBJEE that you can get. So Don't panic. Private colleges also provide quality education and placement.

So based on your rank you can get Appiled Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering in RCC Institute of Information Technology. You can get Netaji Subhas Engineering College , St. Thomas engineering college, B.P. Poddar Institute of Engineering and Management. You have to choose colleges and streams wisely in counselling process. I would request you not to choose cse or ece cause these are in high demands now and the seats get filled rapidly in these fields, then you might not get good private colleges. You can choose applied electronics, electrical etc. Then the chance of getting good private colleges increases.
