Congratulations for your result and qualifying JEE mains.
since it is very difficult to predict the exact rank but we do have a backup> we have a formula to calculate the expected rank that is (100 – Total percentile) x 869010/100.
So according to formula your expected rank for present percentile for January session comes out to be 269393. Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session. For ex if 12 lakh candidate appear the april session then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs. But if you score above 85 percentile then you have a very decent chance of qualifying jee mains.
But if you are curious to know that which college you might land into with your percentile then you can use the college predictor link which has following features;

ALL THE BEST FOR APRIL AND ADVANCE!!
Hey aspirant!
Firstly, understand that it is the percentile that is reflected in your NTA score of Jee Mains Paper 1 results and not your percentage. Now, It is difficult to predict the exact ranks currently as the April session has yet to take place. However, you can predict your expected rank by this formula:-
(100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.
If, however, the number of candidates for April exam get increased to some another number, say,1200000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 1200000/100
In your case the expected rank comes out to be around 269393 . Note that it is the expected All India Rank and not your category rank which is extremely difficult to predict at this point of time. Now, as regarding your chances at NIT Surathkal, it would be very difficult for you to get any course at NIT Surathkal irrespective of your category status taking into consideration the previous years' trends of cutoffs as follows
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-nit-surathkal
However, it is possible that you would qualify for JEE ADVANCED through which you can get admission to the IITs based on your category status and so you should prepare for it. Also, you have another attempt in APRIL JEE MAINS to go and so concentrate on that to increase your chances of getting the desired colleges.
Also, you can use this college predictor to know what colleges you would get based on these January scores
