If you've been preparing well enough, you should be scoring around 180-185 in the actual AIIMS entrance. You could be scoring more or less depending upon your level of preparation. But mind you, this score won't help you to get into AIIMS, because you'll require a rank of less than 1600 to get into AIIMS.
