Sorry to say but, the marks you scored are not enough to get you a government medical college this year. You can try for private medical colleges although.

According to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to government Medical Colleges under 15% All india Quota.
For your chances for admission under state quota, kindly mention your state as cutoff vary from college to college.
