You marks is very low to get govt mbbs colleges. As your profile suggest you are from Delhi and if it's your home state than cut off for delhi goes more higher than AIQ quota cut off.
For getting govt college through AIQ counseling in obc category was AIR 15024.
Although you may get some private/deemed colleges through AIQ counselling or state counselling for private colleges. You can try in state like Uttar Pradesh, bihar, rajsthan etc.

Yes, if you're ok with seat in private colleges of any state.
No, if you're seekind admission under all India 15% quota.Also No,if you are from Delhi, Rajasthan, MP, UP, Haryana and want seat in goverment college. Maybe for some other states too.
Though, there are chances of getting seat in goverment college of some states like Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka where cutoffs are expected to be lower. Here, I am telling about admission under 85% state quota that requires domicile. It's difficult to predict as it's first time for them.
