Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the number of seats available and the performance of the students.

Last year the cut off for government medical colleges under OBC category through All India Quota was a rank of around 15000. So based on this it is quite difficult for you to get government medical colleges. However, you can surely get management quota seat in deemed universities. Some of the colleges you can get are -
