Hello Shivangi!
Congratulations on getting this score. You have a good category rank, which means you can definitely get a good MBBS seat in counselling. However, you have not mentioned your state in which you are eligible for 85% state quota. Therefore, I would like to share All India Counselling trends from previous years: For being eligible to take part in NEET 2019 All India counselling, you need to have scored atleast 40th percentile, and I am sure you have crossed it with your marks.
In 2017, the opening AIR rank was 224 and closing rank was 62604. For All Inida Counselling, you need to fill in colleges in the order of your preferance, for example, the best colleges with highest cut offs are in Delhi, so you should start by filling out those first. The marks range that got in through AIR was between 470-310. The level of exam was easier this year, so you can expect a hike of around 20 marks. But you have a good category rank, you might get colleges in one of the metro cities. You have a very good chance at having the best college of your state too, if you want to stay near your home. Since you have not mentioned any state of eligibility, I can only tell you for general all India counselling. Hope this answers your query.
