Based on expected marks you have almost no chance of getting  govt college through AIQ counselling as last year cut off for OBC was 611+ marks.

Now if we talk about Maharashtra state counselling  then cut off for government medical College in category you mentioned were

OBC - 567 marks and Air 37747

Defence 1(D1) category - 520 marks & Air 70916

Both were allocated in GMC NANDURBAR.

This year cut off marks may drop by some marks due to toughness of question paper. But as results have been not out it's very hard to say your chances. Although you will easily get govt dental College in defence 1 category.
