Dear Sir/Ma'm, with a score of 480 you can expect an All India rank of around 28,000-30,000 if you are a general candidate whereas your rank will go down more if you are from a reserved category. For knowing the colleges, kindly let us know your category.

You haven't mentioned your category.Cut off is different for each category.
Last year cut off for Mbbs for general candidates in MP under state quota was 493 at government Medical college , khandwa. And under AIQ cut off was 574 at S.S. Medical college, Rewa.
While cut off for mbbs for general candidates in Maharashtra under state quota was 400 and under AIQ cut off was 543.
Going by last year cut off it seems difficult to get a seat with score 480 in general category.
However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.
