i am scoring 492 in neet 2019. i have punjab state quota and obc (ncl) quota...can i get gmc amritsar?

thank you:) A/c to last year it was a student with 489 score getting gmc amritsar in the same category and in 2017 it was 500 cut off under same...so i am bit skeptical as it is borderline. Fingers crossed.Also what about GGS, faridkot?

and this is for first round of counselling in the second round it went upto 476 under same category.
