500 is a really good score and congratulations for that.
As you have a domicile of Madhya Pradesh you can get admission in the following medical colleges according to last year's cutoff under state qouta
Govt medical college, khandwa- 482
Govt medical college, Ratlam- 485
Govt medical college, Vidisha- 485
Govt medical college, Datia- 491
These are the previous year cutoff of OBC for MBBS in various govt colleges in MP.
