I am scoring 505-520 marks in Neet 2021 , it was my first attempt and I was not enrolled in any coaching. I belong to Ews quota and I am from uttar Pradesh . So Can i get any government College In uttar pradesh or in Himachal Pradesh through ews quota in state councelling or all india councelling??

Dear aspirant,
Congratulations for getting such a good marks without coaching. But as the competition is very high and the cut-offs of government colleges varies with,
1) No. of candidates
2) Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3) Level of exam
4) No. of seats, etc.
It seems your marks is little short for getting any government institutions. But you can avail top private institutions in HP or UP.
