Hello,

You haven't mentioned your domicile state, as each one has different cut-offs, as per previous year data through AIQ you may have chances in Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, generally AIQ cut-offs are higher than state quota, now the possibility of getting GMC through state quota depends on the cut-offs of your respective Category at state level, for instance you may have chance of getting GMC if you hold the domicile of states like West Bengal, Karnataka etc on other hand cut-offs for General Category in states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh are on a higher side, with your given marks the chances are less. You can check out previous year cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

This is purely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in NEET, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.You can use our NEET College Predictor to know more about admission possibilities in various colleges; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

518 to 523 out of 720 in Neet 2020 means your expected rank would be around 35000 to 55000. This is your expected rank based on the data available on internet like the number of candidates appeared in the examination, difficulty of paper etc. This expected rank may differ from the actual one as the factors considered for calculating the rank vary every year. But you can get an idea about how much rank you can get based on your score.
Now the score depends on various factors and the cutoffs do change every year. However, in general, 518 to 523 in Neet is quite an average score. You can expect a good government medical colleges in your State quota.
Now with this score, getting a seat through All India Quota might be tough cause any score less than 550 in general category is less. However going by previous year cutoffs, you can expect these colleges through All India quota-
  • Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences
  • You have chance to get seat in medical colleges of Assam as per last year's cutoffs which were around 530 to 540. Now if this year, the cutoffs decrease, you have possibilities there.
  • It might be difficult to get seat for MBBS through AIQ, but you can expect good government college through AIQ in BDS.
I would suggest you to use our Neet college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
