Hello aspirant
Since you haven’t mentioned your category, I’m assuming it to be general. If we go by the NEET UG 2021 cut off marks, you have chances of getting the following government college-
Chikkaballapura Institute of Medical Sciences- 520
It is difficult to present an exact list of colleges you can get into based on the score as the cut off varies every year based on various factors such as category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, difficulty level of the exam.
So, alternatively, you can also go for the following private colleges at this score, in Karnataka through the state quota-
Global Institute of Medical Sciences- 497
GR Medical College- 463
Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences- 465

Hello Aspirant
As we all know NEET cut-off is varying year to year, its quite difficult to decide the college as per the marks precisely.
According to the previous year's cut-off , through 85% State quota for general category the closing rank was 104036.
Since you have not mentioned your category, considering you are General and as per the previous year's cut-off, you may get a seat in either or private college. For if you are OBC, through 85% quota last year's closing rank was 104382.
As per your marks and as per last year's cut-off following are the colleges in which you might get a seat:
Dr.B.R. Ambedkar Medical college
Bowring Lady Curzon Medical College
Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences , Karwar
You can also apply for BDS in which the chances of you getting a seat is comparatively higher. Some of the BDS colleges of Karnataka you can apply to are:
Government Dental college, Bengaluru
M.R. Ambedkar Dental college and hospital
KLE Society's Institute of dental science
The previous year's state's cut off for BDS for general category was rank 13970 and with EWS it was 15662 and for OBS it was 14930.
