Yes , you can of course score 600 marks and above and yes right now you are in the path of preparation of neet so continuously increasing and improving marks should be a part of your journey. And if you keep up the hardwork and you will definitely score 600 marks as if you are getting 550 now , you still hace enough time for neet to take it to 600+ . You can make a time table,  give at least 8- 10 hours to self study.  Once you are done with your syllabus,  attempt full-length mock tests and focus more on weak topics. You can prepare short notes for revision as well.
